I live in Tallahassee, FL with my hubby, Hunter, and am fully obsessed with cashew milk lattes, nature walks at sunset, fuzzy house slippers, and dark chocolate.

I'm Lauren.

It's time to end the yo-yo dieting and finally create the healthy lifestyle of your dreams.

What you need most is accountability, support, and the mindset tools to change your eating habits forever and finally become the person who loves their healthy lifestyle and maintains it with ease.


For years I bounced back and forth between calorie counting during the week and then "YOLO" eating all weekend long. I felt lost and overwhelmed by all the conflicting diet information I read online and didn't understand why I wasn't able to stick to any of them long enough to see real results!

I  became determined to get some answers.

I started researching nutrition, hormones, mindset tools, personal development practices and the science of habit creation... 

 With this new knowledge I was finally able to reach my goal weight and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle without giving up my social life or favorite foods ('cause who really wants to do life without chocolate and pizza?).

 Creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle changed everything for me. I was no longer obsessed with "getting skinnier", and finally had the freedom and confidence to pursue my goals like never before. 

It became my mission to help other women feel that same way. That's when I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and become a certified Health Coach.

Through my work coaching women, I've come to one conclusion:
You don't need another meal plan, fancy supplements, "skinny teas", or more will power to reach your health goals...
